macau macau
(the macau tower). you can go sky diving, bungee jumping, and skytop walking there!i took a day trip to macau whilst in hk to visit jz's relatives there. his aunt was really nice and took the day off to bring me around :)
macau had....
- interesting and cool architecture... a mix of east (china/hk) meets west (portugal)
Fisherman's wharf by the ocean side

Senado Square
The ruins of St. Paul

- delish portugese food (think portugese egg tarts)

some codfish dish, chicken in coconut curry (not spicy), brocolli with melted cheese, and the yummiest dessert of all, biscuit mousse

- beautiful ice sculptures

we also visited the Wynn in the evening just before heading home for dinner and saw a spectacular water fountain show

Also managed to get 2 winter coats from Veeko and they're really really nice but it's summer in sydney now so they shall remain in my closet for another 6 months.
oH i ended off macau with a trip to jz's aunt's place where his grandparents were staying and it was nice to see them again :) also got to meet his cousins who were shy with me and some of his other relos. funny how i finally get the experience of being "pampered" by relatives but they're not even mine!
