Bye Bye David!

It was great getting to know you for the past year or so... when you first came to wesley as a new tourist... becoming known as the "german backpacker"... your journey of discovering who God was and what he meant to the people around you... your curiousity as to this new religion you'd never really given much thought to... being showered by love and encouragement by the new friends you made... finally making the decision and knowing in your heart that God IS the way, the truth and the life.

So it is a pity that your time in Australia is over, for good, and you're now moving onto a new part of your backpacking journey around Asia, then finally back to Germany. You'll be remembered and missed and thought of my many who wish you well and want to see what kinda impact you'll have on the people around you.... I'm sure you'll take plenty of photos and maybe load them up onto FACEBOOK one day :)

Farewell my friend... you should be arriving in malaysia really soon...

Man I wish i had a life like his... it takes an open mind and lots of gut to go around the world (well one part) by yourself and yet he is living proof that awesome things and lifelong friendships can result by doing that :)

And now for the OTHER guy in my life...

AWESOME time with you and the other 2 at Jervis Bay this past weekend... if only we could do this more often...
